Short Breaks

Short breaks and special offers are usually a 3 night minimum based on two people sharing the room. They are not available during peak periods i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays. Please telephone for details 015394 45326. We look forward to hearing from you.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservations can be made by telephone or using our online booking service. All reservations must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit cards and all credit cards except American Express.

Balance

This is payable on departure. Credit card payments are subject to a handling fee of 2.5%. Please note we are no longer able to accept payment by cheque.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation 14 days or less from the arrival date you will be liable for the first night. For cancellations after this time or in the event of a 'no-show' or curtailment of your stay you will be liable for the full amount. We recommend you consider holiday cancellation insurance cover in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available for occupation after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please note no arrivals after 9.30pm unless by prior arrangement.
We kindly ask that rooms are vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Children

We do not have family rooms and are therefore unable to accommodate children under 16.

Parking

Some private off-road parking is available for our guests. There is also ample free parkiing on the road outside the guest house.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any damage caused to vehicles or owners property.
